Is the NPC meme actually real? I have an inner monologue inside my brain - a 24/7 podcast that narrates all my thoughts - and I just assumed everyone else on Earth had the same thing. But I recently discovered I was wrong. A proportion of the population has no inner voice and no inner eye. They hear and see nothing inside their mind. I found and spoke to some of these "thoughtless" people. Inside their heads, in their own words, it’s just a big black nothing. How is this real? And how am I just now finding out about this?
